We provide an environmentally responsible and resource- efficient building which will save money over the course of use. We currently have over $40 Million in sustainable construction projects under contract and most of our staff holds the LEED Accredited Professional designation. We are responsible for applying innovative construction practices as part of all construction projects. L. E. Waters specializes in the full retrofitting of existing buildings and firmly believes in implementing environmentally ethical building measures on all projects. The staff of LEED AP’s, engineers, architects and project managers at the company stay current on all California Green building code updates, Title 24, Cal Green, USGBC and local policies in order to assist our clients in the design of green facilities during pre-construction and hold our subcontractors to the same standards during construction. L. E. Waters also works with building maintenance staff to train the employees that will be servicing the equipment we have installed.
